The song ends, the crowd claps enthusiastically. A man, in finery even more extravagant than Joseph’s, walks forward to join her on the stage. His long flowing white linen tunic is encrusted with golden designs and myriads of tiny diamonds. As he moves the sun reflects them bringing a rainbow of colours. From your viewpoint you can see the coronet on his head is of golden sheaves, emeralds form leaves and rubies bunches of grapes. After shaking the girl’s hand, he declares, “For many of you here, wherever you lived, whatever you believed on earth, this is your opportunity to understand, that the one true God still has a plan for you. After tonight you will choose if you wish to take up His offer.” Directly below you George appears in a white suit with simple embellishments. He walks towards the man comparing the event who welcomes George with a hand shake and announces, “This man led his nation to prayer and unexpected victory in World War II. It is my pleasure to introduce you to King George VI of Great Britain.”
You watch the compare leave the stage. In the sunlight he looks quite surreal. As he comes nearer you see he is an attractive man of fine build. His dark brown-eyes arrest on Joseph, Mary and you. He smiles. Just before he walks beneath you out of sight your eyes meet. In that split second you feel he has plumbed the depths of your mind.
Mary is listening intently to George so you ask Joseph the man’s identity. He grins, “Like you, God used dreams to ensure he would be in the right place at the right time. I was called after my father, but am proud to share this man’s name.

Speak: Lord, please help me to understand more fully what I hear, what I read about you, so I may fulfil your purpose for my life. Please teach me how to talk to you as a friend, but also pray effectively to bring answers and victory in my life and that of those I pray for.
