My story, in your time scale, was about 1,800 years before Jesus.  In those days God rarely communicated with man. My family line always believed God created the heavens and earth, and we should worship and let Him plan our lives, but we were far from perfect.  Read Genesis!  Inwardly we knew God loved us. On rare occasions angels came with promises or warnings. I, and the generations before me would speak of God, and felt His favour upon us in wisdom, prosperity and dreams.  Dreams was one of God’s gifts to me, although God had to teach me how to interpret them. God is never phased by man or circumstances. Everything is used to bring us into the place of His choosing.  I, like all men, and women, learnt to lean on Him and have my heart changed.  In that He blessed me as people recognised His hand upon my life.  Those interim years were valuable to understand and learn how to overcome, they would  prepare me for that day when Pharaoh wanted his dream interpreted. The outcome which had begun with evil intentions God turned to good, as I was able to save Egypt and my people from famine.

Joseph stands, “As the keynote speaker, I have to leave, but enjoyed the English tea and your company.” You stand to shake his hand, he hugs you.  “Know, all you have heard and seen God has revealed to you.  Blessed are those who understand all things work together for good. Be quick to forgive yourself and others, and be wiser than I.” You frown, he smiles, “Speak not of what you have seen, hold it close to your heart, and you will stay on course.”

What a day! You sit back on the pile of cushions to wonder what next.

Read: “… I’m not sure if he was in his body or out of his body—only God knows. And I know that this man…was caught up in an ecstatic experience and brought into paradise, where he overheard many wondrous and inexpressible secrets.2 Corinthians.12:2-4 (TPT)

Consider:  The book of Genesis. It tells of the lives of those who lived before Joseph.  They were murders, liars, cheats, adulterers, rapists, were incestuous, greedy and foolish, yet despite all this they were loved and used by God to further is purposes oHis purposes on earth.
